On 5 March, secretary of CPC Nantong Committee Xu Huimin, deputy secretary of CPC Nantong Committee and Mayor Wang Hui led a team to investigate the construction condition of new sea exit in coastal area in Nantong. It was emphasized that Tongzhou bay shall be built with effort, major industrial and infrastructure projects shall be accelerated, to ensure the on time completion of ‘one year construction, harbour operation in two years, and achieve a large size in three years’ target.
