On 7 March, requested by general consulate of Iran in Shanghai, Jinghua pharmaceutical group donated 834 thousand Yuan medicine to Iran.

On 6 March, after Jinghua pharmaceutical group got to know that Iran asked for help, the board chairman Yi Hongyu got epidemic control medicine including chloroquine phosphate and arranged transport vehicles immediately.

‘A friend in need is a friend indeed. When Iran people are in difficulty, you send medicine at once. Iran people will never forget about it.’ At the spot of donation, consul general of Iran in Shanghai Azar Sharabiani was deeply touched by the action of Jinghua pharmaceutical group. He said that the medicine would be distributed to relevant hospitals in Iran in a week.

In the talk Yi Hongyu said that the donation was to promote international humanitarianism and perform social duty of Chinese companies.
