At 6:30 of 3 March, the new deep-sea semi-submersible drilling platform built by Nantong Keppel shipyard set off from Nantong Langshan anchorage by semi-submerged ship Black Marlin. It will carry marine engineering floating bodies which worth 410 million Yuan to Singapore.
