On 10 April, track laying was started at Nantong rail transit line No.1 phase 1 project.

Rail transit line No.1 phase 1 project starts at Pingchao station, ends at Zhenxing Road station in Nantong economic and technological development area. The line passes Nantong Tongzhou district, Gangzha district, Chongchuan district and Nantong economic and technological development area in sequence.
