The 10th Hai’an globefish festival opened

On 10 May, the 10th Hai’an globefish festival which will last 28 days opened.

A girl was doing live broadcasting. At village special local product exhibition area, she talked to the mobile phone: ‘this is Nan Mo Xu Er pig head meat, was on cctv2 in a program; this is Hai’an tie dyed intangible cultural heritage product; this is rice from Bai Dian…’

10 towns and districts of Hai’an brought local products. Aunty He Jingmei from Shanghai carried a lot of bags, and said that they were not expensive and the taste was very good; Chen Ping who stays in Hai’an bought a lot of Bai Ye and bean curd skin.

At globefish cuisine exhibition zone, 20 dishes which used globefish as raw materials including globefish ball, crystal globefish jelly, globefish slices in soup formed a globefish feast. President of Hai’an catering association Shao Xiangcai said, ‘a globefish can be made into hundreds of various types of dishes in the hands of Hai’an cooks, fry, stew, braise, steamed, stir fried, every way can be done. One evaluation is carried out per year. This year 6 restaurants participated. The white sauce and braised globefish of traditional style won the 1st award.’

At the opening ceremony, Yangtze River delta self-driving tour association authorized Hai’an tourism association ‘self-driving tour base’. Sun Xiaoxia from Minhang district of Shanghai said, ‘twelve people of us drove our cars here. We stayed in Jin Zhuan yesterday and had globefish. It is our base. We will tell our friends to come and experience the characteristic tourist attract with Qing Dun culture, Li Xia He culture and south yellow sea scenery.’
