On 20 July, release ceremony of overseas safety precaution guide book edited and published by Nantong domestic and overseas police and overseas Chinese contact and service center was held.

Overseas safety precaution guide book has 10 chapters including preparation before going aboard, companies’ precautions, personal precautions, respond to sudden incidents. It covers overseas property safety knowledge, and is practical in reference and operation. It provides detailed and specific precaution guidelines for a lot of companies and people which ‘went out’ and helped them increase precaution awareness and safety protection abilities.
