On 17 September, Zhang Jian Cup - 2021 China International Home Textiles Product Design Competition works evaluation was held. In total 699 works were received from domestic and foreign companies, schools and individual designers.

It is the 16th year of Zhang Jian Cup design competition. It is also the first time the competition was held after Nantong international home textiles industry park was open. The number of works collected was the most in the past few years. Among them, there are 64 participating works from foreign countries such as Korea; 290 bedding works from places over the state, the number was doubled compared with that of last year. Domestic participating works are not only from domestic front line home textile brand enterprises such as Luolai, Violet and Sunvim, but also from universities such as Jiangsu College of Engineering and Technology and Nantong University. There will be 18 product design gold, silver and bronze awards, 30 excellence awards, 5 future designer star awards and a few brand fashion awards.
