On 8 September, Jiangsu Qutang High School in Hai’an and Sekolah Menengan San Min in Negeri Perak of Malaysia became sister schools officially by Internet.

As the contract was signed, both parties will make full use of their advantages, increase communication and cooperation in aspects such as teaching experiences, teachers and students visits and exchanges, students’ international vision expansion, Chinese culture overseas dissemination promotion.
