On 15 April, the 131st session of China Import and Export Fair was open online. 312 foreign trade companies from 39 industries in Nantong participated, conducted activities including static presentation, dynamic live broadcast, interactive negotiation, online order in the live broadcasting room or exhibition halls of their respective areas, shared business opportunities and communicated about integrated development with new and old global trade partners.
The online China Import and Export Fair lasted 10 days. The exhibition included three parts, which were online exhibition platform, supply and purchase contact service and cross border e-commerce special area. There are 50 exhibition areas according to 10 categories of goods. More than 20 thousand domestic and foreign enterprises participated.

Lu Hairong said that the effects of online participation were getting better and better. ‘Compared with offline fair, cloud exhibition hall can present more products, and more mainstream customers and international suppliers can find us by online search and screening.’ he said that on the first day of the fair, clients from countries including Germany and Denmark were attracted to communicate successfully, the intention order reached 100 thousand U.S. dollars, he was very confident about the recovery of foreign market demand.
