On 16 May morning, Jiangsu foreign invested projects ‘cloud signing’ and foreign invested enterprises ‘cloud plaque awarding’ ceremony was held. 7 Nantong major foreign invested projects were signed, 1 regional headquarters of multinational corporations and 1 functional institution won the plaque.

On the day, 53 major foreign invested projects were signed, more than 90% are manufacture projects. Nantong signed projects are from countries and areas including Japan, Sweden, and Britain, involved with fields such as new materials and bio-medicine. The total investment exceeded 1 billion U.S. dollars.
