Recently, by platforms such as portal sites and wechat official accounts, Nantong Science and Technology Bureau published the 3rd batch of 20 ‘Open bidding for selecting the best candidates’ projects of Nantong. The research contents are all major core technical difficulties of the industries. The total amount of reward is as high as 68.8 million yuan, which attracted universities, research institutes and technological enterprises with research and development abilities to bid.

In 2021, Nantong published the implementation method of ‘Open bidding for selecting the best candidates’ first in Jiangsu, organized two batches of 22 ‘Open bidding for selecting the best candidates’ projects to bid. 20 of them were successful and tackle agreements were signed. Among the bidding projects, there are 7 industrial key core technologies project, 2 international leading original innovation technologies projects, 10 import substitution technologies projects and 1 industrial generic technology project.

The 3rd batch of projects which was published this time, involves six key industries which are shipbuilding and marine engineering, high-end textile, high-end equipment, new materials, new energy and new generation of information technology. Domestic universities, technological research institutes, technological enterprises with research and development abilities or the joint organizations formed by them are welcome to bid and tackle actively. Before 11th May 2024, the result will be released through Nantong Science and Technology Innovation Vitality Points Management Platform (http://qyjf.kjj.nantong.gov.cn/).
