Recently, the economic and trade delegation of Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone went to Indonesia to carry out series of investment promotion activities.

In Semarang, Indonesia, the delegation conducted an on-site inspection in Wanxinda Batang Industrial Park. The total planned area of the industrial park is 43 square kilometers. It focuses on developing the electronic manufacturing, chemical and automotive industries. It plans to attract 200 enterprises over the next 3 years, introduce 4 billion U.S. dollars of investment, and create 200,000 jobs. Chen Riling, Chairman of the Board of Wanxinda Group, said that they would deepen cooperation with Tongzhou Bay to achieve mutual beneficial development in the region.

The delegation visited several well-known Indonesian enterprises. At Prima Minerals Group, they had an in-depth discussion about the bulk trade logistics and warehousing base project. As the mining company invested by Singapore Giti Group in Indonesia, Prima has rich coal and precious metal resources. The person in charge of the company said that they would give full play to their resource advantages and carry out cooperation with Tongzhou Bay in multiple fields.

Apart from that, the delegation has also reached cooperation intentions with companies such as CCS Supply Chain Management Indonesia.
