At 9:50 am on 11th April, at the turnstile of Shanghai Hongqiao metro station, the reporter opened ‘Changxing Nantong’ App, the travel code was automatically switched to the Shanghai City Travel Code. ‘You can directly present the code to take metros and buses of Shanghai. There is no need to download or register for the travel code of Shanghai.’ Huang Jing, the Executive Vice President of Nantong Smart Transportation Technology Co., Ltd., said.

On 22nd March, ‘Changxing Nantong’ App and Shanghai ‘Suishenxing’ App successfully achieved interoperability. Nantong citizens can take buses, metros and ferries of Shanghai using the code of ‘Changxing Nantong’ App. Shanghai citizens can also take buses and metros of Nantong by ‘Suishenxing’ App.
