n the first quarter of 2025, the total power generation of Nantong offshore wind farms reached 4.253 billion kilowatt-hours. The average daily power generation exceeded 47 million kilowatt-hours.

Calculated based on the average monthly electricity consumption of an ordinary household, the daily power generation can meet the electricity needs of about 250,000 households for one month.

Nantong has built 23 offshore wind farms, and installed 1,573 wind turbines. The total installed capacity has reached 6.688 million kilowatts.

According to calculation, 4.253 billion kilowatt-hours of clean electricity, can save 1.34 million tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 3.5194 million tons compared with traditional thermal power.
