To stop the spreading of the epidemic and protect rights of import and export Nantong companies, Nantong trade promotion council applied service companies ‘three no’ work methods: companies have ‘no trouble’ applying for force majeure certificates, ‘no contact’ application and issue of certificates and ‘no stop’ of business legal services. Up to 17 February, Nantong trade promotion council had issued 17 force majeure certificates for 14 companies, and would recover about 230 million Yuan loss for companies.

Nantong trade promotion council proposed companies to apply for certificate of origin self-service printing online, simplified application progress, to make sure that people can get relevant services ‘without going out’. In the present, the self-service printing machines in certificate administration hall are open 24 hours a day and disinfected regularly. After relevant progress is done, Nantong trade promotion council will send certificate documents to companies on the same day of approval, and ‘no contact’ service’ is realized.
