On 23 March morning, Chongchuan district library located at No.152 Qingnian Zhong Lu in Nantong was open officially. There are close to 100 thousand books and documents and 1200 seats in the library.

Chongchuan district library is from level 5 to 8 of Chongchuan culture and art center main building. Its floor area is 5700 square meters. The library is open from 9:00 to 19:00 from Tuesday to Sunday, closed on Monday.
