Shanghai Unitech Electronics (Nantong) Co., Ltd. located at Nantong Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone was founded by Taiwan Yaohua group and Shanghai Unitech Electronics in 2018. It manufactures printed circuit board and flexible and rigid circuit board. According to what general manager Zhen Zhenshan said, all the phase 1 workshops have been completed and all equipment has been moved in. In the present, they are working on trial production. The estimated time to start operation is in June.

Taiwan invested company Shanghai Unitech Electronics of more than 20 years of history was located in Qingpu district of Shanghai. In 2018, the place was involved in demolition project. The management considered to move integrally. ‘Nantong has obvious location advantages, convenient transport, first class administrative environment, and ample talents. Nantong Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone especially has electronic industry agglomeration, complete industrial supports and good development advantages. After a site visit, we decided that it was the place!’ Zhen Zhenshan said, since the company settled in Nantong Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, government sectors provided a lot of policy preferences and supports.

Zhen Zhenshan is confident. He said that no matter in Shanghai or Nantong, the company had the same development advantage, which was the technological support from its parent company Taiwan Yaohua group.

‘In three years, we plan to build phase 2 workshops and employ 2100 people and realize an output of 1.5 billion Yuan per year. We will try to be listed in three to five years.’ Zhen Zhenshan said.
