On 23 May, 2020 China Hai’an 523 cultural arts festival and ‘the Belt and Road’ international cultural exchange festival was opened at Hai’an 523 cultural industrial park. Ambassadors of Tadzhikistan, Egypt, Iran and other countries in China sent greetings online.

523 cultural industrial park was founded in 2009. It is the only national cultural industry model base in Nantong.

At the event, more than 200 cultural works including calligraphy, paintings, ceramics and embroidery. Among them, 82 are art works from embassies of ‘the Belt and Road’ countries in China.
