On 24 September, the association of Nantong merchants abroad held the 4th executive meeting of 1st council in Xi’an, and held project cooperation promotion conference successfully.

The association of Nantong merchants abroad was founded in May 2017. It held millions of Nantong merchants in the state and overseas together. It is the chamber of commerce of largest coverage, most Nantong merchants, most integrity and maximum size in Nantong.

Up to now Nantong has founded 21 Nantong chambers of commerce in other cities and 43 in foreign countries, 26 overseas work stations around the world. Using Nantong merchants’ data base as carrier, the association of Nantong merchants abroad contacts with Nantong merchants closely, held events such as domestic Nantong chambers of commerce cooperation and communication conferences successfully, attracted Nantong merchants to return to hometown and invest over one hundred projects in the past three years, the total investment is over 50 billion Yuan.
