20 to 21 September is when 2020 freshmen of Nantong University reported to the school. The school received the 1st batch of Hong Kong and Taiwan students also. They will start their university life in economics and management school, school of foreign studies, school of mechanical engineering, and medical school of Nantong University.

Lu Yi from Taiwan is a freshman of oral medicine of medical school of Nantong University. She said, ‘I choose Nantong University not only because the campus view is beautiful, but also for the good education quality. I hope that in the future I can work hard and be admitted in graduate school, and find a suitable job in mainland.’

As a freshman of administration management of Economics and Management School of Nantong University, Lin Wenhao felt the care and love from teachers and seniors when he just arrived.

Another freshman from Taiwan, Zhong Xinyi studies at translation course of school of foreign studies of Nantong University. She said, ‘Nantong University is what I like. I hope that in the future, I will love English like the very first day, work to achieve better, communicate with others and help other people in communication.’
