Rudong Bencha held the 1st characteristic food competition

On 19 October afternoon, the 1st Rudong Bencha characteristic food competition was open. 40 veritable ‘sea food’ dishes were presented one by one. ‘Food identification officer’ led by Bencha razor shell municipal intangible cultural heritage successor and culinary master Wang Chengjun evaluated the dishes.

On the day, 20 teams from culinary and family group held wonderful culinary PK. The top three will participate in the cooperation of catering service of the town as ‘kitchen king’ and serve the tourists.
