On 24 August, the reporter learnt from municipal bureau of commerce that according to ‘scientific and suitable planning, advanced infrastructure, sound operation system, complete supporting policies, actual operation started’ five recognition conditions and detailed standards, five organizations which are Nantong foreign trade center, Nantong comprehensive bonded zone, Nantong cross border e-commerce integrated pilot district Tongzhou work station, Dieshiqiao cross border e-commerce industrial park, and Hai’an cross border e-commerce industrial park were recognized as Nantong cross border e-commerce integrated pilot industrial parks.

The 5 industrial parks which were recognized all have relatively better comprehensive level in aspects including cross border e-commerce planning, infrastructure, operation, policy, enterprises settlement and service, import and export scale. Nantong cross border e-commerce integrated pilot district Chongchuan industrial park, whose major base is Nantong foreign trade center where foreign trade companies gather, provides one stop services including operation, training, financing, and logistics; Nantong comprehensive bonded zone industrial park, focuses on 1210 import business template, attracted domestic cross border e-commerce and leading e-commerce platform enterprises to settle, the annual online shopping bonded import is expected to be ranked top 2 in Jiangsu; Tongzhou industrial park relies on type 1 port Xingdong airport, focuses on types 9610, 9710 work; Haimen industrial park, to build home textile industrial park cross border e-commerce industrial center, has functions including training, operation, mass data analysis, product exhibition and distribution, cross border and market purchase trade integrated export won the first order in China; Hai’an industrial park, relies on bonded logistics center (type B）advantage, two import and export patterns which are 1210 type single fast moving consumer goods import and enterprise type 9710 export can be progressed together.
