on 24 September, provincial and municipal overseas Chinese legal service event hosted by Jiangsu overseas fellowship association was held in Nantong.

According to statistics, there are about 1860 overseas Chinese invested companies in Nantong, which take up more than one third of the total number of foreign invested companies in Nantong. Overseas Chinese invested in total 13049 projects in Nangtong. Tens of thousands of overseas Nantong merchants are in more than 100 countries and areas in the world. There are 43 overseas Nantong merchants organizations.

The event was held by Jiangsu ‘the Belt and Road’ international legal service association, United Front Work Department of CPC Nantong Committee (overseas Chinese affairs office) together. It was held both online and offline. Famous Chinese lawyers from places including America, France and South Africa were invited to talk about aspects such as start a business, solve trade disputes, self protection to overseas Chinese entrepreneurs, in accordance with local legal practices.
