A few days ago, Jiangsu office of industry and information technology published 2021 provincial intelligent manufacturing demonstration workshop list, 332 workshops were recognized. 30 Nantong workshops such as Nantong Shennan Circuits Co., Ltd. high end printed circuit board intelligent manufacturing workshop, Nantong Tieren Sports Goods Co., Ltd. fitness equipment parts intelligent manufacturing workshop, Nantong Hengshang new material technology Co., Ltd. Intelligent knitting workshop are on the list, involving several industries including shipbuilding and marine engineering, textile, photovoltaic and food industries.

Intelligent workshops shortlisted in the list have certain conditions in 10 aspects such as intelligent equipment and equipment internet connection, intelligent storage and precise distribution, workshop real time work scheduling, product information tracking and tracing, energy consumption intelligent control, workshop environment intelligent control, safe production level improvement. The workshops implement advanced technology and intelligent equipment, have rational layout, have internet connection and data collection. The key important equipment can be controlled and operated remotely. Minimum stock and efficient distribution can be realized. Automatic monitoring of workshop production resources such as task order, material, products in process, equipment, and workers, and intelligent control of workshop hygiene, environment automatic monitoring, automatic check and automatic alarm can be realized.

In the present there are in total 101 provincial intelligent manufacturing demonstration workshops in Nantong.
