On 12 February, the reporter learnt from Nantong Science and Technology bureau that in 2021 national innovative city innovative ability evaluation report published by Ministry of Science and Technology lately, Nantong’s innovative ability integrated ranking rose again, from 26th to 23rd ; the ranking in Jiangsu moved one place up, ranked the 5th in Jiangsu.

Last year, there were 192 more high-tech enterprises in Nantong, the total number reached 2370. The total number of technological small and medium enterprises exceeded 3900; scientific innovative projects evaluation was carried out for the first time, and 246 scientific innovative projects were confirmed.
