According to the requirements on the conference on 24 March, ‘place QR code’ shall be pasted at all qualified places and ‘scan the code’ before entrance shall be ensured. For people without smart phones, manual registration can be done, to make it convenient. At the same time, places including farmer’s markets, large supermarkets, hospitals and commercial complexes are encouraged to use professional ‘scan code’ equipment, use flap-door gate or all-in-one machine if condition permits.
