pent 4 years, invested 280 million Yuan, Jiangsu Huacun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. which won the championship in Nantong science and technology entrepreneurship competition, researched and developed the first PCIe5.0 SSD memory control chip in China, and it was fabricated successfully in Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company. On 23 April, the company was busy working on internal test of the fabricated sample. Mass production is expected to be available in the second half of the year. The product can satisfy the high speed storage needs of new generation of electronic information technology, solve the troublesome problem of enterprise level storage, and fill in the gap of domestic high end memory control technology.

Huacun electronic was founded in Nantong Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone in September 2017. It is a high technology expertise of memory control chip, memory plan and memory product module research, development and mass production.

As technologies including AI, 5G, block chain and internet of things is introduced, data storage and real time processing needs have been growing, more intelligent and more reliable SSD (solid state driver) with higher speed is required to complete the storage task. PCIe5.0 SSD memory control chip of Huacun Electronic, was developed according to the cloud, edge, customer end application situations under mass data processing requirements. As the ‘brain’ of SSD, it has advantages including higher speed, more safety and more energy saving compared with similar types of chips. It can optimize the functions of enterprise level SSD.
