On 27 June, Nantong sister school cooperation agreement group signing ceremony guided by CPC Jiangsu Committee united front work department (Jiangsu overseas Chinese affairs office) and hosted by CPC Nantong Committee united front work department (Nantong overseas Chinese affairs office) and Nantong education bureau was held in Chengzhong primary school. 10 schools of Nantong and 8 overseas Chinese schools from Australia, France, Myanmar, Hungary, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia and Spain gathered online, and became sister schools officially.

At the signing ceremony, 8 overseas Chinese schools including Aohua Chinesischschule in Austria, Le Xue Chinese school in France, north Myanmar south Charra grace school, Hungarian Chinese Bilingual School, Malaysian Negeri Sembilan Nong Bian Zhong Shan primary school, Australia Huaxia culture school, Khay Ming Montessori School in Indonesia and Run Ying Academy in Spain presented their measures in Chinese education online.
