On 7 September, All-China Federation of Industry and commerce held 2022 China top 500 private enterprises summit in Beijing. At the summit, 2022 China top 500 private enterprises, top 500 manufacture enterprises, top 100 service enterprises were published. In total 92 Jiangsu enterprises were shortlisted in China top 500 private enterprises, including 10 Nantong enterprises.

The list shows that Zhongnan group, Zhongtian technology, and Tongfu microelectronics in Nantong were ranked the 21st, 103rd, and 104th on ‘2022 China top 500 private enterprises’; Zhongtian technology and Tongfu microelectronics were shortlisted in ‘2022 China top 500 manufacture private enterprises’, ranked the 58th and the 429th respectively, there was an increase compared with that of previous years; Zhongnan group and Nantong Chemical and Light Industry Co., Ltd. were shortlisted in ‘2022 China top 100 service private enterprises’, ranked the 8th and 77th.

Among the 10 Nantong enterprises shortlisted in China top 500 private enterprises, 1 enterprise has over 200 billion Yuan operation revenue, 5 have operation revenues between 50 to 100 billion Yuan. The total 2021 annual operation revenue of shortlisted enterprises is 732.6 billion Yuan. The total capital is 565.1 billion Yuan. The total profit is 13.6 billion Yuan. The total tax in 2021 reached 25 billion Yuan.
