Jiangsu Hengtai lighting Co., Ltd. was founded in 2013. Its registered capital is 198 million yuan. It covers an area of 47 mu. Its major business is research, development and manufacture of commercial and industrial LED lighting. The products are sold mainly to north America market. This time the raised fund from IPO will be put in LED lighting project whose annual production capacity is 5 million and intelligent technological development and research and development center upgrading project. After the project reaches its full production capacity, the annual sales of the company will reach 1.5 billion Yuan.
