Recently, the Dutch high-tech ship interior decoration new materials manufacturing project whose total investment is about 10 million euros was signed successfully. It settled in D&J (Nantong) Intelligent Manufacturing Park at Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone.

The Netherlands is a world shipbuilding industry power. Its advanced shipbuilding technologies and high-quality materials research have always attracted global attention. Herculan Asia, as the Asian company of Herculan, the famous Dutch company in the world, is the first enterprise which introduced Polyurethane ship flooring to China officially. The company established the first independent construction team in China, and served in many major projects built by China Merchants Group subsidiaries including Haimen Base, Yizheng shipyard and Weihai shipyard. Their clients also include projects of several shipyards under China State Shipbuilding Corporation and Fujian Shipbuilding Industry Group.

D&J (Nantong) Intelligent Manufacturing Park project was invested and built by DNE industry under DNE Group. The total investment of the project is 1 billion yuan. It covers an area of 146.7 mu.

Herculan Asia high-tech ship interior decoration new materials manufacturing project is the first project settled in D&J (Nantong) Intelligent Manufacturing Park. 1500 square meters of single storey factory will be rented. The new wholly foreign-owned polyurethane ship green and environmental friendly new materials Haimen Base will introduce more advanced material technologies from the Netherlands, to reduce the cost of materials, and serve the cruise liners in the Yangtze River delta area, high-end passenger rollers, roll-on/roll-off ships and high-end marine engineering projects.
