At 7:30 am on 23rd March, with the crisp sound of the starting gun, 2025 Nantong Marathon started. 30,000 runners from places all over the world enjoyed the fun of running.

The event attracted runners from more than 30 countries including the United States, Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Brazil, South Africa, Ethiopia, as well as Hong Kong, China and Taiwan, China to participate. The total length of the race is 42.195km. There are three events: full marathon, half marathon and fun run. The numbers of participants reached 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 respectively. The total number of applicants hit a record high.

Nantong Marathon has become one of the largest, most widely followed and most participated athletic events in Nantong.
