On 10th June, Haimen E-sports Center and Nantong Hero Jiujing home arena opening ceremony was held in Haimen District.
Haimen E-sports Center covers an area of 65,000 square meters, including multiple areas such as club competitions, offices, training, and live broadcasts. It also has a main hall which can accommodate 1,200 spectators.
Haimen E-sports center is the first A-level e-sports home venue in the KPL (King Pro League) to be located in a non-first-tier city. It is also an integrated platform that combines competition organization, training base, industrial incubation, and cultural experience. It is expected to hold more than 300 e-sports competitions in a year.
It is learnt that Hero Jiujing will work together with Nantong Bureau of Education, to cultivate more than 200 e-sports talents of various types every year.
