The 9th China ‘Bing Xin prose award’ results were released a few days ago. Nantong army literature writer Zhu Jinping’s prose father of the moon won individual prose award.
Bing Xin prose award is the highest honor of Chinese prose writers. It is awarded once every two years. The award winning work of Zhu Jinping was published on the Long March, the literary supplement of PLA Daily, on 9 September 2019. It says about the touching experiences of a frigate captain who participated in convoy mission in the Gulf of Aden and Yemen evacuation. Zhu Jinping, enlisted at Wujie town, Tongzhou district in December 1978, works on journalism, literature and photography for a long time.
