On 10 June, Jiangsu CPC Committee and government held provincial science and technology award conference to award 2019 Science and Technology Award winners. 32 Nantong projects are on the list, and there are 4 first prizes.

In terms of quality, Nantong has made significant progress. Nantong COSCO Shipping Engineering Co. Ltd. and Jiangsu Longyuan Zhenhua Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. won the 1st prizes as the 1st contractors. It is the 1st time Nantong companies won provincial science and technology award as the 1st contractors after 9 years.
