On 1 July, Nantong EMU depot located at Xingfu streets, Gangzha district started operation. Two ‘Fuxing’ bullet trains entered the depot for the first time. The floor area of the depot is 987 acres. It was built based on 6 inspection lines, 20 storage lines and two manual vehicle cleaning lines. It is used by Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong railway, Yancheng-Nantong High-speed Railway etc. together.
